Abigail Seay was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over 4.2 innings pitched. Seay was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one stolen base.
