The Grafton Gators are taking a road trip to challenge the Leominster Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Things were looking good for Grafton after they put the first points on the board on Friday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They had to suffer through a 48-17 loss at the hands of Wachusett Regional. The Gators were already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.

Despite their loss, Grafton saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Zeeland Youngblood, who picked up 77 receiving yards and one touchdown, and also rushed for 39 yards, was perhaps the best of all. Nick Jordan helped out on the ground, rushing for 87 yards.
Meanwhile, Leominster had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They claimed a resounding 44-6 victory over the Rangers. Given the Blue Devils' advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts football rankings (they are ranked 32nd, while the Rangers are ranked 152nd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.
Grafton better keep an eye on Osiris Lopez. He was instrumental in Leominster's win, throwing for 240 yards and four TDs, while also rushing for 73 yards on only six carries.
