Triton entered their tilt with Westover on Tuesday with seven consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with eight. They were the clear victor by a 69-43 margin over the Westover Wolverines. The Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 24 points or more this season.

Triton's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jamaury Taylor led the charge by going 7-for-17 to rack up 18 points and five boards. Ro'Mello Pegues was another key player, going 8-for-9 en route to 19 points and five rebounds.

Triton smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in February of 2024.

Triton pushed their record up to 18-8 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Westover, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-10.

Looking ahead, Triton will look to defend their home court on Friday against Overhills at 6:00 p.m. One thing working in Triton's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matches. Westover does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
