The Rotan Yellowhammers''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fifth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Westbrook, falling 48-2. Rotan was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-2.
Brannon Larson was the offensive standout of the match as he rushed for 74 yards and two touchdowns. Larson was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 57 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Conner Holt, who rushed for 72 yards and a touchdown on only six carries.
Rotan has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season. As for Westbrook, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 9-1.
Rotan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Westbrook also has no future games currently scheduled.
