Sedgwick led Heart of America in scoring this week after putting up 48 points on Sedgwick.
Inman made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 6,749 from 8,127. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 14-7 victory over Trinity last week.
The Cardinals' dynamic duo of Brylie Ware and Greer Chandler proved to be unstoppable against Sacred Heart, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Ware threw for 237 yards and 2 touchdowns and Chandler had 94 yards receiving. Tanner Liby helped Sedgwick's passing attack out by catching 8 balls for 49 yards.
Sedgwick's dynamic duo of Ware and Chandler proved tough for the Knights to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Blayne Konrade made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Inman Teutons bested the Celtics. The 5-foot-9 junior.
Chandler was the best receiver in the league this week as Jeff Werner's team fell to Sacred Heart.
Michael Doeden was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 197 yards on 21 carries as Trinity lost to Bruce Graber's team. David Thibualt also contributed to the rushing game with 42 yards on the ground.
Ware put up the best numbers in passing as Sedgwick fell to the Knights.
Sedgwick's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Cardinals feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ware has thrown for 812 yards and 6 touchdowns this season, while Chandler has 21 catches for 337 yards.
A big matchup in Heart of America this week will be when Inman takes on Marion. As it stands, Mike Vernon's team is in first, while the Warriors are in third.
The league will see a high scoring game when the Cardinals and Ell-Saline face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Sedgwick comes in having scored 139 this season, while the Cardinals have scored 86. The Cardinals scored 48 points last week as they lost to Sacred Heart.
The Celtics suffered the largest drop in the standings this week, falling from third to fifth in the league. The fall was the result of a 14-7 loss to the Inman Teutons last week.
