If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Graham. They hope to keep the momentum going despite having enjoyed some extra time before their next match against Central at 7:00 PM on Friday. Graham will be hoping to build upon the 49-14 win they picked up against Central the last time they played.
It was all tied up at the half for Graham and Giles two weeks ago, but Graham stepped up in the second half. Graham had enough points to win and then some against Giles, taking their matchup 28-13. The success made it back-to-back wins for Graham.
Last week, Central came up short against Virginia, falling 27-41. This makes it the second loss in a row for Central.
Graham's victory lifted them to 2-1 while Central's defeat dropped them down to 1-2. We'll find out if Graham can add another positive mark to their record or if Central can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Graham's step.
