The West Point-Beemer Cadets will head out on the road to face off against the Pierce Bluejays at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pierce took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on West Point-Beemer, who comes in off a win.
West Point-Beemer posted their biggest victory since December 5, 2023 on Saturday. They put the hurt on Wisner-Pilger with a sharp 56-32 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for West Point-Beemer.
Colten Haber and Brayden Doggett were among the main playmakers for West Point-Beemer as the former scored 13 points along with five rebounds and two steals and the latter scored 16 points along with nine rebounds and three steals. Haber is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Peyton Penrose was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Meanwhile, Pierce's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their sixth straight loss. They took a 47-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of Battle Creek.
West Point-Beemer has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season. As for Pierce, they bumped their record down to 4-9 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.
West Point-Beemer came up short against Pierce when the teams last played back in January of 2023, falling 41-29. Can West Point-Beemer avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
