South Cobb's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They skirted past the McEachern Indians 2-1. The victory was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Heidi Rios and Yuridia Martinez scored both of South Cobb's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

South Cobb's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-5. As for McEachern, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-4.

Coming up, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when South Cobb face off against Pebblebrook at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for McEachern, they will take on Rockmart at 6:00 p.m. on March 25th.
