Ethan Wall was a major factor no matter where he played. He struck out ten batters over six innings while giving up three earned runs off eight hits. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. He has become a key player for Fairland: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 3-14 otherwise.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Garrett Cornwell, who went 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April. Elias Blankenship was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.
