Boyd Christian can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent match two weeks ago. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Zion Christian Academy 72-20 at home. With Boyd Christian ahead 47-12 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Boyd Christian found their leader in underclassman Brooke Kesey, who dropped a double-double on 33 points and 15 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kesey has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Katie Bechtel, who scored nine points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, Franklin Christian Academy ended up a good deal behind Franklin Road Christian last Saturday and lost 61-43. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Franklin Christian Academy in their matchups with Franklin Road Christian: they've now lost six in a row.
Boyd Christian pushed their record up to 16-11 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Franklin Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
