La Crosse Central is returning to their home court after beating Sparta on theirs, despite the fact Sparta has dominated at home this season. The Riverhawks came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Riverhawks.

Meanwhile, Aquinas posted their closest victory since September 16th on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Sparta, sneaking past 3-2.
Aquinas was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 22-25, 21-25, 25-20, 16-14.
La Crosse Central better focus on containing Adelaide Bezemek and Aubrey Coyne as the pair were huge in Aquinas' win. Bezemek had 15 digs and one block, while Coyne had 33 digs and four assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Norah Poellinger, who had ten digs.
La Crosse Central's win bumped their record up to 14-12. As for Aquinas, their victory bumped their record up to 12-14.
