Aquinas was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 22-25, 21-25, 25-20, 16-14.
La Crosse Central better focus on containing Adelaide Bezemek and Aubrey Coyne as the pair were huge in Aquinas' win. Bezemek had 15 digs and one block, while Coyne had 33 digs and four assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Norah Poellinger, who had ten digs.
La Crosse Central's win bumped their record up to 14-12. As for Aquinas, their victory bumped their record up to 12-14.
