Northside faced Tuscaloosa County in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. Northside blew past Tuscaloosa County 9-2. Considering the Rams have won nine games by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Northside has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.2 runs over those games.
