Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Conant). They took down the Schaumburg Saxons 43-28 on Friday. This was payback for the Cougars, who suffered a 42-7 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Conant's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-4. As for Schaumburg, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.
