After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lexington, Dutch Fork was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the River Bluff Gators with a sharp 12-5 win. That seven run margin sets a new team best for the Silver Foxes this season.

Layla Peppers made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched seven innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off eight hits.
