Millbrook lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Heritage, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's game. The Millbrook Wildcats blew past the Heritage Huskies 8-2 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won four matches by six runs or more so far this season.
Conner Thomas made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. Thomas was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
