After four games on the road, Franklin is heading back home. They will take on the Racine Case Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
On Tuesday, it was a hard-fought match, but Franklin had to settle for a 47-44 loss against Greenfield.
The losing side was boosted by Lauren Capstran, who scored 17 points along with 5 rebounds. She scored a full 38.6% of Franklin's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Rachael Jepsen, who scored 6 points along with 11 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Racine Case suffered a tough 62-41 defeat at the hands of Badger last Tuesday.
Their wins bumped Franklin to 2-2 and Greenfield to 4-0.
Franklin took their victory against Racine Case in their previous meeting back in January by a conclusive 68-47. Does Franklin have another victory up their sleeve, or will Racine Case turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
