Ider won the last time they faced Valley Head and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hornets walked away with a 7-4 win over the Tigers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hornets.

Taylor Kidwell was a standout: he got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Axl Williams, who went 1-for-4 with three stolen bases and two runs.

Ider's victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Valley Head, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Ider will have a chance to go back-to-back against Valley Head: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
