Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Second Baptist). They took their match on Tuesday with ease, bagging an 86-57 win over the Fort Bend Christian Academy Eagles. The victory was familiar territory for Second Baptist who have now won ten contests in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Second Baptist to victory, but perhaps none more so than Will Goolsby, who went 8 for 12 en route to 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Reese Alston, who went 6 of 9 on his way to 17 points and five assists.

Second Baptist was working as a unit and finished the game with 23 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in February of 2024.

Second Baptist pushed their record up to 22-2 with the win, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.0 points per game. As for Fort Bend Christian Academy, they moved to 13-11 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
