It will be a battle of North versus South on Friday as North Bend square off against South Eugene at 7:00 PM. North Bend are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the matchup prepared for a fight.
North Bend had a rough outing against Ridgeview two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. North Bend were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Willamette 58-7. Followers of North Bend probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.
As for South Eugene, they had a rough outing against Churchill, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. South Eugene came out on top against Ashland by a score of 27-17.
