Elk Grove's loss came despite strong showings from Noah Hargrave and Liam Acido. Hargrave scored 19 points along with two steals, while Acido scored 11 points along with four blocks. Another player making a difference was KyRee Fultz, who scored eight points along with six rebounds.
Elk Grove's loss was their sixth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 8-11. As for Cosumnes Oaks, their win bumped their record up to 12-7.
Elk Grove will be playing at home against Jesuit at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Jesuit has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 478 points over their last seven contests. Cosumnes Oaks won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Edison at 1:30 p.m. on January 13th. Edison is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.
