One reason for the win was Eastmont's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks. Tyson Gonzalez was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two himself.
Meanwhile, Mead gave up the first points last Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against Shadle Park by a score of 28-20.
