Riverside Christian Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Khalil Willis, who scored 18 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Willis has scored all season. Aden Washington was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Isaiah Thomas was his usual excellent self, scoring 25 points along with seven rebounds and four steals for Wayne Preparatory Academy. Riverside Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Wayne Preparatory Academy, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-17.
