The Carolina Day Wildcats will venture away from home to take on the Davidson Day Patriots at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
Carolina Day can't be to happy about their upcoming road matchup considering what happened when they opened their season on the away from home on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hendersonville. The game was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Wildcats couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, Davidson Day took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They blew past Fayetteville Christian 8-1. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 5-0.
Carolina Day suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to Davidson Day when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Can Carolina Day avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
