The Barlow Bruins were the 62-45 winner over the Cleveland Warriors when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Barlow fell 57-46 to Cleveland on Friday.
Among those leading the charge was Addy Huss, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Paulina Davis, who scored 7 points along with 3 steals.
Barlow's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Cleveland, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Barlow will head out on the road to face off against Oregon City at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Cleveland will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Tualatin at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th.
