Montcalm won the last time they faced Richwood and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Montcalm Generals claimed a resounding 44-17 victory over the Richwood Lumberjacks. The Generals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Montcalm has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 28 points. As for Richwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Montcalm will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Twin Valley at 7:30 p.m. on January 13th. Richwood will also get a bit of a break before their next game: they'll face off against New Life Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on January 18th.
