You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for the Wardlaw Hartridge Rams on Wednesday. They were fully in charge, breezing past the Perth Amboy Vo-Tech Patriots 65-34 at home. With the Rams ahead 36-13 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
The win was the 10th in a row for Wardlaw Hartridge and raised their record to 17-4. Perth Amboy's defeat pushed them down to 12-11.
Wardlaw Hartridge will take on Princeton Day Friday. Princeton took a loss in their last matchup and are no doubt out to reverse Wardlaw Hartridge's good fortune. Perth Amboy is staying on the road Friday to face off against South River. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close game.
