Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Choctaw County Tigers, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They fell 56-43 to the Indians on Monday. Choctaw County was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played last Friday.
Despite the loss, Choctaw County still got an impressive performance from India Graham, who almost dropped a double-double on 24 points and nine rebounds. Graham is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 17 or more in the last three games she's played.
This is the second loss in a row for Choctaw County and nudges their season record down to 6-11. As for Southern Choctaw, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.
Choctaw County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Southern Choctaw also has no future games currently scheduled.
