Keene had trouble last Friday, and unfortunately for them, their opponent this week is a big step up in difficulty. On Friday they take on Nashua North at 6:30 PM. The odds don't look promising for Keene, but the bigger the opponent is, the harder they fall.
Things haven't been easy for Keene, and their match last Friday only extended their streak of losses to five. They took a serious blow against Merrimack, falling 0-35.
Meanwhile, Nashua North put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They put the hurt on Bishop Guertin with a sharp 41-20 victory. The victory was familiar territory for Nashua North, who now have five in a row.
Nashua North's win lifted them to 5-1 while Keene's defeat dropped them down to 1-5. We'll find out if Nashua North can add another positive mark to their record or if Keene can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Nashua North's step.
