Mendon extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Ryder Gorham. The Hornets breezed past the Bellevue Broncos to the tune of 71-36 on Friday for which the team can thank Gorham, who went 11-for-16 on his way to 31 points in addition to five assists and three steals. His big performance that evening made it ten games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points.
The team also got some help courtesy of Tristin Wood, who posted eight points along with seven rebounds and six steals. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 2.2 steals per game.
Mendon's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Bellevue, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
