The Mid-Missouri HomeSchool Mavericks's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They fell 50-37 to Harrison HomeSchool.
Several Mavericks players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Alia Robinson, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds. Those 13 points set a new season-high mark for her. Kylie Robinson was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with eight rebounds.
Mid-Missouri HomeSchool has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Harrison HomeSchool, their victory bumped their record up to 1-2.
Mid-Missouri HomeSchool will be home for the holidays to greet Rolla HomeSchool at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Rolla HomeSchool's defense has only allowed 27.8 points per game this season, so Mid-Missouri HomeSchool's offense will have their work cut out for Mid-Missouri HomeSchool. Harrison HomeSchool will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Southern Missouri RUSH on February 19, 2024.
