Spring Grove's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. Everything went their way against the York Suburban Trojans as Spring Grove made off with an 18-3 win. With that victory, the Rockets brought their scoring average up to 8.5 runs per game.

Spring Grove got a massive performance out of London Parks, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. Those hits were Parks' first of the season. Another player making a difference was Jozalynn Hartman, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.

Spring Grove always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .700. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as York Suburban only posted an OBP of .308.

The win got Spring Grove back to even at 2-2. As for York Suburban, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Spring Grove is set to challenge their familiar foe Kennard-Dale at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, York Suburban will square off against rival Eastern York at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
