The TEACH Tech Charter Rams's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a serious blow against Animo Venice, falling 92-14. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points TEACH Tech Charter has scored all season.
Animo Venice got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Nick Turner Jr. out in front who scored 23 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Rashad Johnson was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with seven steals.
TEACH Tech Charter's loss was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 1-8. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 23.3 points per game. As for Animo Venice, their win bumped their record up to 11-9.
TEACH Tech Charter will head out on the road to take on New Designs Watts at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. New Designs Watts is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak. As for Animo Venice, they will be playing at home against Animo Watts at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Animo Watts is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
