State Line HomeSchool R won the last time they faced Families Instructing Students HomeSchool, and Aden Clark did her part to make sure it happened again. Everything went the State Line HomeSchool R Rush's way against the Families Instructing Students HomeSchool Hawks on Monday as the State Line HomeSchool R Rush made off with a 59-39 win with plenty of help from Clark, who almost dropped a double-double with 31 points and nine assists. Her big performance that morning made it five games in a row in which she has scored at least 21 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Esther Bennett, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and ten boards. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

When it comes to explaining why Families Instructing Students HomeSchool lost, don't look at Melody Lee. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double with 18 points and 12 rebounds. Lee has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times she's played. Makayla Calzada was another key player, putting up seven points.

State Line HomeSchool R is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.6 points over those games. This is the second loss in a row for Families Instructing Students HomeSchool and nudges their season record down to 13-11.
