Jarrett Tyler posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over seven innings pitched. Furthermore, he didn't allow a single earned run, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in April of 2024.
