Caiden Hinkle Crosses Big Stat Threshold
DeKalb was led to victory by Caiden Hinkle, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Hinkle rushed for 261 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 14.5 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (119.8) per game. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
Unfortunately for Bellmont, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Hinkle. Hinkle rushed for 224 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 carries the last time he and the Braves duked it out back in October of 2023.

On Friday, Columbia City got the W thanks in part to Ethan Mcintosh playing the best football he has all season. Mcintosh picked up a sack and made 12 total tackles.
