Tommy Wenger turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Tuesday. He produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out eight batters over 3.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Rockbridge Academy is 3-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 2-3 otherwise.
