The Rice Bulldogs will finish 2023 at home by hosting the Teague Lions at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Last Monday, Rice ended up a good deal behind Blooming Grove and lost 50-32.
Teague can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game last Friday. They managed a 54-49 win over Buffalo. The victory was just what Teague needed coming off of a 67-31 loss in their prior contest.
It was another big night for Jehmel Rice, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. The match was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of LANDON BATES, who scored 13 points.
Rice's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Teague, their victory bumped their record up to 2-6.
