Taylor won the last time they faced St. John Lutheran and things went their way on Thursday too. The Taylor Wildcats walked away with a 9-6 victory over the St. John Lutheran Saints. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Drew Moyer made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out seven batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk). Moyer was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 1-for-4.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Alex Ramos, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances. Chase Heimbach was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
