It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Denver South Ravens can now relate to. They were outmatched by Palmer Ridge on the road and fell 42-6. Denver South was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-0.
Palmer Ridge's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was James "jimmer" Weir, who picked up 131 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Weir was no stranger to the big play, connecting with a big catch that went for 64 yards. Palmer Ridge also got a significant boost from Gabe Klein, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 130 yards.
Denver South's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Palmer Ridge, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
