Valley Stream Central won against Sewanhaka last Friday with 13 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. Valley Stream Central blew past Sewanhaka 13-3. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won three in a row.

Xavier Mason looked comfortable as he struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. Those nine strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
