Tucker Moore Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Obion County's Tucker Moore, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Moore rushed for 183 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 49 receiving yards. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (108.9). That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in August.
Obion County moved to 2-6 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Moore and Obion County will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Dyer County at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.

On Friday, Haywood got the W thanks in part to Carson Graves playing the best football he has all season. Graves rushed for 121 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 82 yards and two touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 82-yard run.
Haywood pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. Graves and Haywood will challenge Covington at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Haywood Gets a Boost from Sanders in 56-7 Win
Keeping Graves company is Caydan Sanders, a fellow Haywood player. He threw for 107 yards and two touchdowns on only nine passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
