Emerson-Hubbard took care of business in their home opener. They blew past Homer 57-26.
Emerson-Hubbard's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 22 points in the first half. Homer came up with 18 to put the score at 22-18. The offense for Emerson-Hubbard continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 35 points. This was the first game for both teams, giving Emerson-Hubbard a 1-0 record and starting Homer off at 0-1.
