Last Thursday, San Francisco Waldorf didn't have too much trouble with Jewish Community at home as they won 54-37.
Miles MacDonald was his usual excellent self, scoring 21 points. That makes it 11 consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of San Francisco Waldorf's points. Sam Kite was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Meanwhile, Gateway had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They managed a 63-59 victory over Drew on Friday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
San Francisco Waldorf pushed their record up to 11-7 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.7 points per game. As for Gateway, their win bumped their record up to 4-11.
Everything went San Francisco Waldorf's way against Gateway in their previous matchup back in February of 2023 as San Francisco Waldorf made off with a 71-47 win. Does San Francisco Waldorf have another victory up their sleeve, or will Gateway turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
