Darwin is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Kaylei Taylor, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 14 rebounds.
The victory makes it two in a row for Benson and bumps their season record up to 9-3. As for Valley Union, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.
Benson will take on Morenci at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Morenci and Benson are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. Valley Union will be home for the holidays to greet Baboquivari at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Baboquivari is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
