The Maryvale Panthers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past San Luis 82-33 at home. The win was nothing new for Maryvale as they're now sitting on four straight.
Maryvale found their leader in underclassman Adrian Stubbs, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 13 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Stubbs has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Avy Luna mena, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds.
Maryvale's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-10. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points per game. As for San Luis, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Maryvale will take on the Bruins at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Browne is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 56.2 points per game this season. As for San Luis, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Hawks at 7:00 p.m.
