Lawrence County lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Eli Long, who scored eight points along with ten rebounds. Jack Boyll was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Lawrence County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Covenant Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.
