The Parker Braves had to endure an eight-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Englewood by a score of 24-14 on Thursday. The win was just what Parker needed coming off of a 44-20 defeat in their prior contest.
Although Englewood took the loss, they still got scores from Anthony Brown and Tayshaun Solomon.
Parker's victory bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Englewood, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parker will take on Sandalwood at 6:30 p.m. on November 3rd. Sandalwood is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home. As for Englewood, they will head out on the road to face off against Wolfson at 6:30 p.m. on November 3rd. Wolfson is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
