Basketball Recap: Northwood Temple Academy Piles Up the Points Against Village Christian Academy

Northwood Temple Academy won the last time they faced Village Christian Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Northwood Temple Academy Eagles breezed by the Village Christian Academy Knights to the tune of 101-65. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 22 points or more this season.

Northwood Temple Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Elijah Kindle out in front who went 10 of 12 on his way to 25 points. The match was Kindle's ninth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Kenny Vera, who went 6 for 11 en route to 19 points along with five assists and five rebounds.

Northwood Temple Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.
