As for King's Academy, the  victory was  the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-7. Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 6.6 runs over those games.
On King's Academy's side,  nobody will forget  Katia Nesper's heroic performance anytime soon (especially Burlingame's batters): she turned in a perfect game. Nesper has been consistent for a while: she hasn't  tossed less than eight  strikeouts in 13 consecutive appearances.
 At the plate,  Hannah Woo was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with four  RBI, one  run,  and one  double. Those  four  RBI gave  her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Mia Bennette, who  went 1-for-4 with two  runs, one  triple,  and one  stolen base.
As of now, neither Burlingame nor King's Academy have any future games scheduled.
