Sterling has struggled against Haddon Township recently, as their game on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Sterling's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Ireland Kay, who scored ten points along with six rebounds, and Erin Quinn who scored 13 points along with three steals.
Sterling's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Haddon Township, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-6.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sterling will challenge Haddonfield at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Haddonfield will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Sterling surely won't give up without a fight. As for Haddon Township, they will head out on the road to take on West Deptford at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Haddon Township is facing West Deptford at the right time seeing as West Deptford is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
